New Construction
T.E.S. Construction, Inc. design and build process starts with us visiting with you and listening
to your wants and needs. It is the start of building communication and trust. T.E.S. offers a
variety of approaches to designing your new home, we have many home designs for you to use as a starting
point. Where then T.E.S. can work with you to customize a design that fits your family needs. Or
if you have your own ideas/sketches our design team can help you create your one of a kind home.
After the design has been completed comes the selection process, this is one of the most exciting
and enjoyable steps in home building. Selecting the products, materials, colors and finishes that
will transform your house into your home. T.E.S. will guide you through the selection process by
providing you with product samples, scheduling visits to showrooms and outlining time frames and
deadlines when important selections decisions must be made. Among the many selections you will
be making include: paints and stains, floor coverings, plumbing fixtures, counter tops and surfaces,
lighting choices, appliances, siding and stone, landscaping. See samples through our Building

As we near completion T.E.S. will schedule a final walk through with you to review and ensure
everything is as you and your family expected. After closing and during the time you are settling
in, T.E.S. is available to answer any questions and address any concerns that may arise.
All applicable warranty information will be provided to you at closing.
