Improve your home Energy Efficiency:
The 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act or Stimulus Bill, is offering tax credits for improving
your home's energy efficiency. The tax credit for qualified energy efficient improvements on existing homes,
like replacement of windows and HVAC equipment for your home has increased to 30% the cost up to $1,500 for
2009 and 2010. Also, the Federal Government is offering tax credits for new and existing homes at 30% the
cost with no upper limits for improvements such as solar panels and solar water heaters through 2016.
